What we collect
To run the marketplace we collect your phone number and name, the cars you list or book, the messages you send through the app, and basic technical information such as your IP address when you accept a rental agreement. Hosts may also provide insurance and licence documents.
Why we use it
We use this information to verify accounts, connect hosts and guests, keep a record of bookings and agreements, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Who can see it
Hosts and guests in a booking can see each other's name and the details needed to complete the trip. Our team can access data to operate and support the platform. We share information with others only when required by law.
Keeping & removing data
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to keep records of past bookings. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data, subject to records we must keep.
